The incumbent will be responsible for the following :
- Formulates a marketing strategy on an international scale, leading and delivering the marketing needs of the business in new and emerging markets, driving forward activity to support commercial objectives.
- Oversees design, marketing, promotion, delivery and quality of products and services.
- Leading the retention and acquisition of new business, ensuring best practice is in place to drive revenue, new customer growth and ROI from all marketing activity in overseas territories.
- Leading the development of a relevant distribution model that is suitable for all global territories, and a Marketing based segmentation plan, to drive sales.
- Recommends yearly budget and prudently manages resources within those budget guidelines according to current laws and regulations
- Sales & Business Development of Industrial battery in African, MEA, CIS, American and ASEAN markets.
- Appointing new distributors in all the international markets where EIL would like to export.
- The Person should be an Engineer and MBA with 12 years of experience in International marketing with at least 5 years heading International markets
- Understand various avenues to earn revenue and sound in financial analysis to drive profitability
- Good communication skills to develop and build symbiotic professional relationships with Peer group.
- Ability to impact organization results through influence across organizational boundaries.
