Cambridge IGCSE, AS Levels and A Levels IB Diploma

Job Description:

- Develop and foster a learning focused culture and a collaborative environment for students, staff and community

- Recruit and train suitable, high-quality staff for the international curriculum (both Cambridge and IB)

- Build and develop the international curriculum to ensure a high bar of challenge for students

- Drive and deliver IBDP affiliation

- Drive and deliver exceptional academic results in the international curriculum

- Build a connect with top/ivy league universities around the world and facilitate university placements for graduating students Key Requirements:

- Candidate should be a dynamic, passionate and inspirational leader

- Excellent knowledge of the Cambridge IGCSE, AS and A Levels Curriculum, including assessments and reporting - Excellent knowledge of IBDP program, including assessments and reporting

- Prior experience in getting IB affiliation done will be a huge plus

- Track record and experience of staff recruitment

- Relevant leadership experience

- Exceptional communication skills

- Experience in curriculum development and implementation, preferably in an international school
