Head - International Business/Head Offshore Funds
Seeking "Head International Business/ Head Offshore Fund" for a renowned NBFC based in Mumbai
- Responsible for Supporting Various International Strategic Alliances from a Product, Strategy and Sales support perspective.
- This role involves close coordination with offshore team members in India, Dubai, Singapore and other international locations to drive the growth of offshore business in key regions and products as per the company's international business strategy
- Preparing an Annual Plan of launching, marketing and distributing various offshore products to clients outside India and related execution activities
- Overall Responsibility of all marketing materials for external distribution and fund manager road shows
- Writing and publishing regular market and other reports for fact-sheets, sales purposes, analyzing and preparing performance analysis of funds universe, updating investment and sales teams with regulatory and commercial developments,
- General responsibility for international funds for local India investors
- Evaluating new product ideas, formulating regional strategies and supporting the overseas team in their sales efforts through dissemination of various market related data and presentations
- Ensure Timely Development and maintenance of RFPs for international clients as per global requirements, due diligence documentation for mandates
- Leading discussions with external parties wherever required
- Close interaction with foreign partners to drive offshore business
- Supporting all aspects of developing new foreign fund platforms, UCITs, offshore funds etc, working closely with various stakeholders such as Legal, Compliance, Finance, Foreign Partners, Fund administrators, investment teams in India and Singapore.
