Job Description : 


- Lead international business development while managing a team of 20 high performing individuals

- Grow volumes of sales in existing territories while expanding footprints new global geographies

Client Details :

- Our client is a well-known brand in consumer and commercial power solutions space with a wide portfolio of innovative electrical and electronic products.


- Theirs is a 30 years old organization with a current presence in 36 countries and about INR 4000 Cr revenue. International business is an important strategic business unit for the planned growth of the organization.


Description :

- To lead all the sales pertaining to projects and products internationally


- Develop a three-year strategy and business plan


- To create and maintain conditions that facilitate all verticals in the division to achieve their Sales Top & Bottom Line objectives


- Formalizing strategic partnerships with key organizations


- Lead all commercial activities including brand strategy, product positioning, market access strategy, sales force strategy and resource planning


- Leading, guiding and evaluating executive leaders


- Drive company growth and manage negotiations


- Meet financial targets of the company


- Ensure management of all financial aspects of the commercial organization including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning and overall management and accountability of the Business P&L


- Manage key customer relationships and actively develop new business opportunities


- Formulating and implementing the strategic plan that guides the direction of the business or organization


- Overseeing the complete operation of an organization in accordance with the direction established in the strategic plans


- Looking at potential acquisitions or the sale of the company under circumstances that will enhance shareholder value


- Maintain integrity, credibility within the organization


- Ensures a work environment that recruits, retains, develops and supports quality staff


- Developing and maintaining close, mutually beneficially and productive working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders


- Uses creativity and flexibility to find new opportunities and solve problems that arise in a fast-growing


- Proactively look to refashion the business to take advantage of a growing business, technological developments and market trends

Profile :

- At least 18 years of relevant experience of international business development preferably in Africa and the sub-Saharan region in FMCG/FMCD


- Proven track record of strategizing and executing exponential growth in business


- Demonstrated history of leading high growth and high potential team


- Good knowledge and understanding of Electronics industry and power solutions business in India and globally


- Open to frequent international travel
