Job Title: Head- International Business Development

Location: Noida

Reports to: Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Job Summary:

- The International Business Development Head would be responsible for leading the strategic planning and execution of global expansion initiatives of the women apparel business.


- This role involves identifying new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue across international markets.


- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business development, a strong understanding of global markets and proven track record of achieving growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Team creation and Development:

- This being a new position, the incumbent has to initially work as individual contributor

- Create and develop a strong team for international business development department

Strategic Plannings Market Expansion:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive international business development strategy.

- Identify and evaluate new markets potential clients and opportunities for growth.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, customer need and adjust strategies.

Business Developments Partnerships:

- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, partners and clients across global markets.

- Lead negotiations for strategic alliances, joint ventures and partnerships.

- Collaborate with cross-functional team, alignment for international business development efforts with overall company goals.

Compliances Risk Management:

- Should have connects/network who can be hired to ensure that all international business activities comply with local and international regulations, laws and ethical standards.

- Assess and mitigate risks associated with international business operations.

Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, International Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- 10+years of experience in business development, with atleast 5 years in apparel or similar industry focused on international markets.

- Proven track record of successful market expansion and revenue growth.

- Strong understanding of global business practices, market dynamics and decision making.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Willingness to travel extensively.
