We are hiring for the role of International Business Development Head for a leading E-Commerce firm
Holds a pivotal role as a Profit Centre Head, responsible for driving business expansion and growth in alignment with the industry's Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR). This leadership position focuses on revenue generation, global marketing strategies, team building across countries, strategic partnerships, succession planning, continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with corporate communications directives.
Responsibilities:
Business Development & Expansion:
- Strategize and execute plans for expanding patient origins across various countries.
- Lead global marketing initiatives with a focus on specific countries.
Partnerships & Alliances:
Forge strategic partnerships with:
- Doctors & Clinics, Hospitals, Government Entities, Quasi-Government Organizations, Private Medical Institutions, etc.
Profit Centre Head:
- Revenue Focus: Drive revenue generation strategies aligned with business goals.
- Contribution Focus: Ensure maximum contribution margins for sustained growth.
Training & Development:
- Oversee training and development initiatives for the sales force to enhance performance.
PR & Communications:
- Ensure Public Relations and Communications align with Corporate Directives
Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience in a similar role within the medical tourism or healthcare industry.
- Demonstrable success in profit center management, business expansion, and revenue generation.
- Strong understanding of global marketing strategies and country-specific approaches.
- Expertise in team building, partnership development, and succession planning.
- Ability to monitor and adapt to PESTEL factors (Political, Economic, Social, Technological, Environmental, and Legal) factors affecting business operations.
- Experience in implementing continuous improvement processes and feedback mechanisms.
- Proficient in PR and communications strategies aligned with the company. Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
