Purpose of the Role:

This role is entrusted with driving the Company's global market expansion. Accountability of the Role:

- Develop and execute strategies for global market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategies to expand Company's presence in international markets, aligned with business goals.

- Identify new market opportunities, trends, and competitive landscapes.

- Lead efforts to penetrate new markets and grow existing ones, leveraging market insights and customer preferences.

- Develop market-specific strategies to maximize sales and profitability.

- Oversee the development and execution of sales plans for international markets, achieving revenue and growth targets.

- Identify and convert potential business opportunities into successful partnerships.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key international clients, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and maintain long-term partnerships.

- Manage export logistics, documentation, and compliance to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to international markets.

- Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to optimize distribution.

- Conduct competitive analysis to understand market dynamics and pricing trends in different regions.

- Develop pricing strategies that maximize competitiveness and profitability.

- Identify and assess risks associated with international operations, trade regulations, and currency fluctuations.

- Implement risk mitigation strategies to safeguard business interests.

- Lead and mentor the exports team, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and accountability.
