Job Description
- Oversight of development, implementation and operations of Oracle Apps, Leave Management System, Performance Management System and Qlikview MIS across the company thru dedicated teams
- Ensure Billing cycle and MIS is completed on time as per schedule every month
- Ensure users- complaints / problems / issues are addressed at the earliest and redressed in a time-bound manner
- Ensure maximum availability of infrastructure and applications to users for smooth working
- Take all necessary and prudent steps to ensure security of the systems, data and applications including periodic backups
- Ensure licensing and other norms / standards are adhered to strictly
- Upgrade / update applications including development of additional reports as required to meet user needs
- Work closely with users and user departments to ensure that their requirements are effectively met
- Coordinate with another location team for ensuring proper and smooth implementation of applications developed by them and implemented across
- Provide leadership (technical, functional and administrative) to the team to ensure that above are carried out efficiently and effectively
Requirements
- At least 15 years- experience of design, development and implementation of software for moderately sized organisations (preferably from the software industry) of which 5 years should have been in leading medium-sized teams and 3 years in Internal Systems
- Well-conversant of business / operational practices especially in the software industry
- Should have overseen implementation of Oracle Apps E-Business Suite R12 for Projects and / or Finance modules is a must
- Knowledge of .Net, Java and Frameworks would be an added advantage
