Head - Audit & Risk Management and Process Improvement - 12+ years of experience in BFSI/BPO/Media/Logistics/Hospitality industries would be a good fit. - Finalizing the Internal Audit Scope and Audit Checklist and initiating the execution of Audit based on key risk areas incorporated in audit checklist and testing of the existing control to determine its adequacy / efficiency. - Finalizing the Annual Risk Based Audit Plan and execution of the Annualized plan. - Ensuring the timely implementation of audit points /action plan in coordination with the stake holder / management - Drafting the Internal Audit Report and finalizing these audit reports. - Reporting of the audit observations to the management. - Preparing various Policy Document, Operation Manual, Quality Manual and Training Manual for PAN India circulation. - Preparing the audit pack for the presentation in the Audit Committee. - Attending and preparing discussion papers on Risk Assessment for Risk Committee. - Providing training to internal as well as external audit teams on the company's process and providing guidance to them on audit check points - Reviewing of the Draft as well as Final internal audit reports before issuance. - Preparing checklist / Risk assessment control matrix (RACM) for location as well as business review. - Location visits for the management audits. - Constantly work on different business and operational processes for evaluation and improvement. - Be the ears and eyes of Management for all Financial processes and systems. - Staying ahead in processes and systems to avid and financial leakage. Ideal Candidate: - CA with 12 + year of experience in Internal Audit in any services industry is preferred.
