Head - Internal Audit - Real Estate

- As the Head of Internal Audit for our real estate firm, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the internal audit function. You will develop and execute audit plans, evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

- Develop risk-based audit plans and execute comprehensive audit programs to assess the efficiency of internal controls and processes.

- Conduct internal audits across various real estate operations and functions to identify areas of improvement.

- Evaluate risks associated with real estate operations and financial activities, identifying potential vulnerabilities and recommending risk mitigation strategies.

- Implement measures to safeguard assets, ensure accuracy of financial reporting, and maintain compliance with regulations.

- Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, recommendations, and actionable insights for management and stakeholders.

- Lead and mentor the internal audit team, providing guidance, training, and support for professional development.
