About our Client :

Our client is one of the growing NBFCs based out of Bangalore.

Job Description :

- Build and lead the internal audit team

- Responsible for formulating the framework for risk-based audit, plan, and strategy for internal audits, management audits, concurrent audits for the organization

- Monitor the implementation of the policies of the management

- Ensure the efficacy of internal audits leading to corrective actions and resolution of non-compliance issues and report the internal audit findings to the audit committee

- Review the design, robustness, and effectiveness of various processes and establish protocols for each process

- Work closely with business teams to identify areas for business improvement

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal audit standards

The Successful candidate should :

- Be a qualified CA with 10-15 years of post-qualification experience in the banking and financial services domain

- Possess experience in branch audits, concurrent audits
