Minimum 10 years of audit experience (overall experience of 15+years)
- Age should be upwards of 40
- A qualified Chartered Account or Cost Accountant. M.Com/B.Com with 20 years of overall experience and 12+ years in internal audit is acceptable
- Experience in a NBFC/micro finance/rural based organization set up preferable
- The current role of the applicant should be a minimum at the regional level i.e. North, East, West or South. Higher is ok whilst the reverse is not acceptable
- The applicant must lead a team of a minimum of 10 people currently
- Good English communication skills, both oral as well as written.
- Working knowledge of word, excel and power point is a must
- Must be willing to travel extensively to the branches across India.
