Head Internal Audit (CA) - Manufacturing firm

Role:

- Responsible for independently identifying and conducting internal audits and investigations to ensure compliance with pertinent rules and regulations within prescribed deadlines.

- Ensures audit findings and recommendations are practical and sustainable while validating all exceptions with process owners and local management to ensure reportable issues have been appropriately resolved. Reports directly to the VP, Chief Compliance, Risk and Audit Officer.

Required: CA or CS must Experience

Required: Three years of Internal Audit experience

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.

- Ability to analyze and solve problems. Knowledge of auditing concepts and principles.

- Ability to develop and implement audit plans and schedules.

- Computer skills and high competence with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
