Head - Internal Audit - Manufacturing

Key responsibilities include:

- Risk-based planning:

Use a risk-based approach to prepare the annual audit plan for review with local management and final approval by the Audit Committee.

- Audit assignment execution:

Ensure that your audit team executes each audit assignment diligently; correctly identifying the key risks and if suitable controls are in place and operating effectively. Control the quality of the work performed, resolve all issues as they arise and ensure that the audit documentation is complete and correctly retained

- Reporting:

Deliver insightful reporting to the business that provides clarity on the issues being raised.

- Issue tracking:

Ensure that all open audit findings are followed up on a quarterly basis and that support is provided to the business where appropriate to ensure resolution on a timely basis.

- Quality assessment / continuous improvement:

Perform quality assessments in accordance with IIA IPPF Standards in order to continuously improve the internal audit operations.

- Team management:

Motivate, guide and develop your team members in order to optimize their performance and personal career development.

- Support Regional IA activities:

Provide support to the Regional IA activities, such as reporting to the Audit Committee, compliance with IIA IPPF Standards and sharing of best practices and information.

- J-SOX Coordination:

Coordinate all J-SOX activities within the Company ensuring that the business understands the purpose and importance of J-SOX and provide training and guidance.
