Key Responsibilities :

- Heading the Internal Audit and setting up the Internal Audit Department.

- Executing the Corporate level audits assigned as per the approved annual audit plan

- Determining the Audit scope in consultation with Senior Management

- Carrying Out process & system walkthroughs and drawing the Risk & Control Matrix under seniors' supervision

- Executing the audit test procedures/control testing; Execute and Assist team in executing the audits

- Drafting Audit observations report and discussing the same with senior management and auditee/process owners

- Carry out in Audit system ensuring all steps are followed including proper workflow & documentation standards

- Addressing review comments of the senior management

- Post audit Open points follow up & tracking, Closed points implementation checking

- Proactively bringing to the knowledge of senior management, any significant observation noted during the audit

- Regular interaction/liaising with other functions/process owners

- Keeping abreast with all the developments happening in the organization and all the regulatory and technological changes/developments happening in the Industry
