Head - Internal Audit - FMCG

Specific competencies (Essential) :

- Deep knowledge of Internal Controls, SOX

- Must have run Centre of Excellences in the Internal Control area for a multinational company having significant size

- Must have led large teams

- Must have exposure to Global Risk & compliance and technology interventions

- Should have been engaged in solution designing

- Must have experience in driving fundamentals around standardization, automation, optimization of internal controls

- Set up and run the COE

- Manage critical stakeholders and ensure that all agreed SLA and KPIs are delivered

- Will be responsible for overall quality & timely delivery

- Deliver planned AOI of the COE

- Enlarge COE base to other activities

- Achieve productivity, optimization targets for the COE
