Job Title : Internal Audit & Control - Head

Reports to : Group CFO

Job Details :

- Preparation of Audit programs and conducting audit as per annual audit plan.

- Planning, scoping & conducting internal audits, reporting as well as presenting audit findings & recommendations

- Preparation of audit committee presentations on the basis of major audit findings based on risk matrix on a quarterly basis.

- Discussion of the report in sub audit committee meeting and final issuance of report.

- Conducts special audit of frauds, embezzlement, misappropriation, of revenue and abuse of policy as and when reported and desired by the management.
