A leading Financial services company is looking for Head Internal Audit:

Designation : Head - Internal Audit

Qualification : Chartered Accountant

Experience : 10-12 yrs relevant experience in Internal Audit of Financial Services/ NBFC/ Housing Finance Industry.

Reportees : 5-6 members

Reporting to : Managing Director.

Job description :

1. Preparation of risk based annual audit plans, to determine the priorities of the internal audit activity, consistent with the organization's goal and strategy.

2. Monitor the implementation and execution of the annual Internal Audit plan, in order to ensure that all deadlines are met in an effective and efficient manner

3. Evaluating internal controls system / procedures / process and Gaps analysis & implement necessary recommendation.

4. SPOC for Co-sourced audit firms for conducting audits of corporate and management functions and branch audits.-

5. Analyze audit reports to ensure clear communication of risks and core audit issues and present audits reports to senior management.

6. Preparation of timely audit presentations for executive management and Audit Committee.

7. Oversee the execution of the outstanding audit issues and ensure they are being addressed as and when agreed.
