Job Description :

- Looking for a highly qualified and experienced female candidates for Head of Internal Audit to lead the Internal Audit Department (IAD).

- This includes conducting the periodic risk assessment, deriving the Audit Plan, directing assurance projects, performing advice and insight engagements for stakeholders, and managing key relationships across the enterprise.

Description:

- Function as the IAD liaison and strategic partner for senior management, which includes establishing and maintaining relationships and representing in risk committees, sub committees, and working groups.

- Conduct annual risk assessment process, as well as ongoing risk evaluations.

- Develop, plan, and oversee annual audit plan approved by Board of Directors.

- Manage and lead assurance, advice, and insight projects consistent with IAD and professional standards.

- Provide leadership, direction, and support to IAD resources on all assurance, advice, and insight projects in accordance with leading practices, established methodologies, and professional standards.

- Prepare audit reports and advisory memos that are clear and concise and effectively communicate observations and management action plans.

- Monitor and demonstrate compliance with IAD policies and practices.

- Prepare quarterly IAD reports (presentations) for the Board of Directors meeting.

- Perform an annual Internal Control Maturity assessment that supports IAD's annual opinion on the control environment of the Company.

- Work with leadership and management to continuously improve departmental policies and procedures beyond scope of direct responsibilities.

- Be aware of current issues, standard industry practices, regulations, and obtain continuing education and training.

Profile:

- Female Candidate with 15+ years of practical audit experience - leading internal audits; knowledge of internal audit practices and principles (including the International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing), strong project management skills, experience in developing risk-based audit methodologies and risk assessments, etc.

- Collaborate with others, both inside and outside the IAD, while working toward common goals and fostering understanding and agreement.

- Strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships and clearly articulate thoughts and ideas.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

- Innovative; thinks outside the box.

- Strong organizational and project management skills to manage concurrent projects, drive performance, and meet deadlines.

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, DISA, or equivalent certifications preferred.
