- Develop and articulate a design vision for interior spaces that aligns with the organization's objectives and brand identity.

- Collaborate closely with clients, understanding their needs, and translating them into innovative design solutions

- Lead and mentor a team of interior designers, ensuring effective collaboration, motivation, and professional growth within the department

- Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and suppliers

- Oversee design projects from conception to completion
