- Head - Interchange Station, will lead a team of engineers for&nbsp;Development of Battery interchange stations for different classes of electrical vehicles. - The interchange stations will consist of several subsystems for Manual/robotic interchange of battery pack with vehicles Charging / thermal conditioning of received battery packs - Power exchange mechanisms with electric grid / renewable sources User / vehicle interfaces and communication Interface with data storage and analysis systems and - Overall management of the interchange process. - The incumbent will take complete responsibility of development of architecture, detailed design and implementation of designs in line with product functional requirements and regulatory compliance as required. - Ideal candidate for this position shall have 12 to 15 years of hands on experience in leading development of products involving multiple engineering disciplines such as: - Electrical engineering and power electronics - Mechanical engineering and robotics - Embedded electronics - hardware and software - (S)He shall have demonstrable experience in design, development and productionisation of products - (S)He shall have the following qualifications and skills: - Prior experience in design / integration and testing of electromechanical systems of high complexity - Self-motivated personality with strong deliverables orientation - Candidates with lower experience may be considered for Lead position reporting to the head
