Head Integrated Facilities Management
We are looking to hire a Senior Facilities Management professional for a Leading developer for Commercial portfolio ( Pan India), role based in Mumbai.
Qualification & Specialization (if any):
- BE/Diploma - Technical / Bachelors/Diploma in Hotel Management.
- Would prefer to hire from Real estate/ IPC's or Facility Management companies.
1. Business Development:
- Proactively engage in business development activities through networking, industry seminars, leveraging the existing relationships of other business units. - Particularly focusing on corporate and purchasers each of the core markets, with a specialized focus on India. Manage the preparation of marketing materials such as presentations, proposals etc.
2. Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement facilities management strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Plan for long-term facility needs, considering growth, efficiency, and sustainability.
3. Operational Oversight:
- Manage daily facility operations, including maintenance, security, and services.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
4. Budget Management:
- Develop and oversee the facilities budget, optimizing resources and controlling costs.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
5. Space Planning:
- Optimize space utilization to support organizational objectives.
- Plan and execute office relocations or expansions as needed.
6. Asset Management:
- Maintain an inventory of facilities assets and equipment.
- Implement lifecycle management strategies for efficient asset utilization.
7. Environmental Sustainability:
- Implement and promote sustainable practices within facilities management.
- Explore and implement energy-efficient and environmentally friendly solutions.
