About our Client - Our client is a MNC Financial Services firm with significant growth plans for the India region, our client is embarking on the next stage of the development of their Global Shared Service Centre.

Job Description - As the Head of Insurance & Pensions Operations, you will be reporting to the Director and will be responsible for:

- Managing global stakeholders and driving strategy initiatives

- Leading and mentoring team members to meet their expectations

- Liaising with supporting departments to resolve issues

- Leading quality and productivity initiatives including Lean Six Sigma within the team and ensure delivery of benefits

- Regular reviewing of processes and performance with focus on improving competency

- Identifying business knowledge gaps and ensure everyone has ownership of deliverables

- Interacting with global stake holders in an effective and professional manner

- Developing , leading the team and managing performance and talent review processes

The Successful Candidate - You will have an MBA/Masters Degree from a top tier school and a total of 14 - 18 years of experience in BFSI sector preferably in Retirement & Pension Operations. Additionally, you would have had sound Project Management experience, previous experience in driving a change management consulting business (internal stakeholders or external clients) and proven achievements in process improvements. You will have a hands on leadership style and excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will have the ability to influence and drive stakeholders and be adaptive particularly to cultural diversity.
