Key Skills :

- Insurance Domain Experts (Life or General) with 13 + years of experience in managing operations and handling large teams of people. Looking for all rounded experience in Claims processing, policy renewal, Policy servicing, persistency and customer service

Role :

- To lead the Insurance OPs Business Unit which employs rougghly 1200 FTEs. To lead both Voice and non voice teams. Other than ops the incumbent would be responsible for leading initiatives across qulaity, BPR and Change Management. Would be expected to front end with clients based in the US and the European region.
