We are looking candidates for Head Institutional Sales .
Candidates from Engineering industry but who has developed telecom verticle is prefer.
Job Responsibility :
- Build Business in Telecom Verticial and other identfied institutional bsuiness
- Prepare strategies and initiatives - with a robust execution plan to achieve targeted revenue / market share / business share - in the respective business - during strategic business plan period.
- Build strong relationship with customers and other stakeholders to ensure sustianable & long term business model & growth for the company
- Achieve new product launch & sales revenues & profitability as per plan.
- Bulid strong network of channel partners/ associates - to execute business development plans .
- Build a strong / competent team to deliver superior customer experience & targeted revenue/profit growth.
Skills Required
Vital
- Experience in managing Telecom Business Vertical and familiarity with business processes to fulfil customer requirement.
- Exposure to strategic business planning & execution through strategic initiatives.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills for coordination
- Analytical skill for data management
- Knowledge of Data Management through SAP
Essential
- Strong connect with Telecom Companies (Rel Jio, Airtel, Indus etc.) with established bsuiness relationship in the past.
- Business Analytics for MIS
- Experience in Cross-Functional working environment.
- Builing high performance teams for new business - from ground up.
Preferable:
- Having experience in managing large business in big instituitional business organization.
- Having experience in working with senior leadership & cross-functional teams for business plan execution.
