Head - Institutional Sales (Nutrition or FMCG Background)
Job Purpose:
Institutional Sales is a lead for a particular Private label. He is responsible for driving growth of a category. The persons comprise of high quality professionals with significant experience in their area of operation, and this role is intended to give a deep exposure to business and people management for the suitable candidate
Duties:
- Can Generate and Manage annual business of over 70 cr
- Spearheading all aspects of a Pvt label
- Responsible for Profit & Loss statement, achieving targets
- Responsible to manage/spearhead the product, product range and supplier relationships
- Can Manage sales operations
- Can handle the list of distributor as well as the retailers, maintaining relationship with them
- Handle vendor Management
- Merchandise planning & Vendor negotiations
- Procurement
- Analysis of inventory cycles and optimization of stock levels
- Increase the penetration level of products
- To work with the business team and ensure that there is consistent, appropriate and unique product presentation across the Label
- Increasing the channel sales
- Competition and consumer tracking
Skills/Qualifications:
- Candidates from premiere institutes preferred
- Positive attitude,
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Should be Graduate/Master from Premiere Institutes
- Exp in Channel sales and distribution
