Job Description:
- To head the complete sales and marketing of our Healthy Building Solutions and Products in India to large enterprises - Multinational companies, Private Sector Companies, PSUs, Govt. Institutions, etc.
- To create a robust mechanism of locating and tying up with Marketing Agents / Business Associates on a continuous basis. These Agents / Associates maybe MSME's / SME's themselves running a fairly successful enterprise of their own, but who will work towards recommending and offering our solutions to their own set of customers on a revenue sharing basis. These could be facility management service providers, green building service providers and other integrated solution providers to buildings and specific industries.
- The candidate should have proven capability in generation of a 100 Crore Enterprise / Institutional Sales business for selling any new concept - service and/or product in the recent past.
- Take full responsibility for the operations of the assigned business unit, including profitability, budgeting and cost monitoring.
- Be responsible for hiring, training, leading and monitoring the efficiency and productivity of a supporting sales team.
Skill Set Required:
- Excellent planning and organizing skills.
- Ability to develop relationships at all levels of customer organization.
- Excellent presentation, communication, interpersonal and liaison skills.
- Confident of working in a model with moderate fixed remuneration and a very aggressive variable incentive based remuneration.
- Proven capability in developing and leading a min. 100 Crore Institutional / Enterprise sales for any new service / product in the recent past, and starting from a very low revenue base.
