Looking for someone from the beauty and skin care industry who is well versed with making alliances and partnerships..
The position reports into the VP-Sales and is based out of NOIDA.
Delivering the business plan for assigned customers ( revenues, volume, margin)
Negotiate global commercial deals and manage price and margin according to the business guidelines.
Develop account plans for global strategic accounts and manage all aspects of reporting/ documenting, in particular by regularly using of CRM and forecasting tools.
Work in close co-operation with regional and global technical & marketing team to identify and manage growth opportunities and joint development projects with customers

Ability to combine technical aptitude, commercial ability and passion for sales
Ability to grow sales by developing key relationships
Ability to work independently (self-starter)
An understanding of sales tools (pricing, margin analysis, negotiation, contracts, forecasting, general financial analysis, etc)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
