Head - Instagram Video Marketing
You will be responsible for driving and executing the video commerce strategy. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing the overall shopping experience by integrating engaging and informative video content into our platform. You will be expected to combine deep consumer understanding, product appreciation and business goals to shape this journey.
What we are looking for:
a) Strategic vision & strong problem solving mindset
b) Deep functional understanding of the Video industry in India and understanding of consumer trends. Ability to define & implement the content strategy.
c) Ability to innovate, experiment fast and scale the business
d) Collaborate with senior stakeholders, both internal (category product, engineering, finance) and external (brands, agencies). e.g. Work closely with UX/UI teams to integrate video content seamlessly into the customer journey, ensuring an enriched and personalized shopping experience.
e) Data led decision making. e.g. Continuously analyze user behavior data to refine and optimize video commerce features.
f) Identify and implement cutting-edge technological solutions to keep the company at the forefront of video-driven e-commerce experiences.
