- Set up the research and insights center to enable growth and planning through better understanding of consumer, partners etc.
- Lead key research projects across - customer satisfaction, new product launches, brand equity studies, KPI measurement, new product launches, pricing strategy etc.
- Derive actionable insights from research and consumer understanding, and drive relevant actions
- Leverage research in conjunction with data analytics to create data-driven understanding of user behavior.
Desired Profile & Skillsets
- 10-12 yrs experience in insights and research.
- Prefer candidates from FMCG or eCommerce
- Should have experience in leading insights/research
- Should have experience in managing complex projects and launching new products
- Currently on a salary of atleast 70 lacs.
