Head - Insides Sales - B2B EdTech/SaaS/Education Industry
Responsibilities
1. Manage a team of Inside sales specialists team and be responsible for achievingweekly, monthly and yearly sales targets.
2. Personally drive deal making and closures to achieve inside sales targets of selling to private schools. You will prepare and execute the daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly inside sales forecasts and plan
3. Prepare and train the team to pitch and use related tools. This covers staying informed about competing products and services. You must also keep up with product and service updates at the sector.
4. Co-own the lead generation projects to meet input metrics on business development
5. Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement and inside sales team productivity
6. Ensure sales, finance and legal policies and procedures are met as per the company policy
7. Liaise with various development departments to ensure deal closure and customer satisfaction
Requirements: 1.
7+ years work experience as an Inside sales manager in a high intensity B2B sales environment2.
Experience of selling B2B ed-tech products or CRM to schools will be a big plus.3. MBA ideally but not necessary for a good candidate
4. Extensive experience in achieving inside sales targets, and administration of an inside sales process
5. Hands-on experience with CRM software and Office use is mandatory for self andalso driving adoption, and discipline with large teams
6. Excellent interpersonal and team management skills besides numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude
7. A salesperson with exceptional communication, persuasion & negotiation skills (both verbal & written).

Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask besides strong analytical and organizational skills
