Role- : Head - Inside Sales

We have been growing at a CAGR of 20% for the past 4 years. Our clientele includes many of the Fortune 100 companies, with many of them being repeat customers.
With 1000+ people Head Count and $100 million in turnover, we are poised for the next phase of growth!
To spearhead this ambition, we are looking for Head - Inside Sales.
The incumbent will play a key role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must have great client connects, must have been a "Hunter" and added great logos to a company's repertoire of clients. You must have also built great team(s) and instrumental in building a thriving Organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for selling TechWish' s solutions, and services offerings (remotely) to specified customer segments for US Region (working through EST time zone) and will be responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest to gain new accounts
- Hire, develop, train, and lead the Sales team members to grow the Revenue month on month
- Increase the Conversion rate of leads received through various channels like E-mailers, Chatbot & outbound cold calling processes
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
- Prepare weekly, monthly and/or quarterly sales goals for the Sales team. Monitor actual sales and sales leads, keep track of sales, and generate reports that cover sales forecasting, goals and results
Desired Candidate profile:
- 15+ years of relevant experience in IT account sales with min. 10 years in US market
- Proven inside sales experience. Track record of over-achieving quota
- Proficient with corporate presentation tools
- Experience working with CRM
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Postgraduate in Marketing or equivalent
