Responsibilities
- Engaging with potential clients to explain the value of partnering with EMB and understand how it might align to their business objectives.
- Qualify prospects based on their current business challenges and needs using targeted and relevant questions.
- Implementing an effective pull strategy through web sites, SEO, online and offline advertisements, and participation in seminars/conferences.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Use insights to adjust sales strategies and approach and researching our ideal target segments for their needs, behavior and activities
- Processing and nurturing top of the funnel leads to generate interest in EMB's services and offerings.
- Streamline sales processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices, tools, and technologies to support sales operations and improve customer experience.
- Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the US market to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base.
- Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure seamless delivery of digital solutions and alignment with customer expectations.
- Stay updated on US industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new opportunities and challenges within the US market.
- Drive demand through targeted marketing by leveraging marketing automation, CRM and digital marketing tools to create, send and measure emails, calls and other outreach to improve conversion rates and client success.
- Retain and grow newly hunted business before handing over to Client Retention
Qualifications:
- 8-12 years of progressive experience Inside Sales and, preferably in a service-based environment along with managing enterprise clients.
- A bachelor's degree, (MBA preferred) from Tier 1 colleges.
- Experience in utilizing demand gen platforms to generate leads and drive sales within the US market.
- Qualify prospects based on their current business challenges and needs using targeted and relevant questions.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets, particularly in the South East Asia or USA markets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools to optimize sales processes and drive productivity.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions that drive value.
- Capacity to adapt to market dynamics and innovate sales strategies in a fast-paced digital environment.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
- Proven leadership skills to build and manage a high-performing sales team focused on achieving digital business objectives.
