Head - Innovation - Fruits & Vegetables

- Our client is a large modern trade company. They also buy fruits and vegetables from Pan India, transport these to processing centres.

From there cleaned and processed produce moves to distribution centres. From distribution centres it is moved to retail outlets and B2 B customers.

- Looking for someone who has appreciation of Indian F&V opportunities and challenges. Within this eco system, person is expected to come up with innovative solutions to improve efficiency and economy of operations.

- He should have great appreciation of how technology can be leveraged to perform operations in an efficient way.

- Be responsible for domain technology strategy, innovation planning and prioritization, innovation roadmap, external partnerships

- Disruptive product innovation led by an innovation lead in F&V team, they are supported by innovation project teams that are stood up in agile fashion

- They will also be supported by project management and business oriented resources.
