Head - Injection Molding Machine Maintenance - Manufacturing

We have a career opportunity for you based in Daman with one of our leading manufacturing client as Head - Injection Molding Machine (IMM) Maintenance .

- Responsible for the preventive, breakdown and planned maintenance for the IMM in all the plants by scheduling he maintenance and documentation of the same as required including Machine history cards, to ensure high availability.

- Responsible for spares planning, usage and inventory of spares required for the IMM. Responsibility includes maintaining a centralised spares Inventory stores, consumption of spares and also optimize the spares availability .Also responsible for development and alternate sources for possible spares thereby reducing cost

- Responsible for Planning, coordinating for installation and commissioning of IMM and its accessories as required

- Responsible for looking out and implementing automation opportunities wherever possible in the IMM at a optimum cost .
