Job Purpose
Provide leadership in establishing a seamless and effective value chain in terms of application, designing, architecture and setting up of Group/Regional infrastructure to establish a consistent single core banking platform to support the Group's aspiration to be the Regional Financial Services Leader in ASEAN.
Provide strategic directions and decisions for all matters in the areas of infrastructure, technology and integration for entire Group.
Accountabilities
Provide technology leadership group wide to the executive management to establish a world class program management structure
Review, design and manage the delivery of infrastructure for IT projects in relation to the core banking platform transformation
Review current infrastructure and system landscape for improvement covering stability, security and redundancy
Provide application and infrastructure leadership in the new setup
Coach, develop and build a strong team/skills set to increase productivity and retention of the right talents.
Qualification
A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related subject.
A solid track record within a similar sized Financial Services Provider or Bank, preferably within the ASEAN region
At least 10+ years- experience at the Enterprise Architect level including significant experience in leading and managing large scale technology environments

Must have strong leadership and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to maneuver within the political and cultural constructs of the Bank.

Strong influencing skills and ability to positively and sensitively work with stakeholders
Relationship Management skills, ability to build and create a strong internal network across levels and disciplines.
