Head:Infrastructure Services & Support Business Unit

We are hiring for one of our clients - Nucleus Software, a banking software product based organization in Noida for AVP /VP - ISS Business Unit.

Role: Head – ISS Business Unit

Level: Associate VP/Vice President

Reports to Global Delivery Head

Responsibilities

- Overall responsible for managing the Infrastructure Services and Support (ISS) Business unit for Internal & External clients/ customers both.

- Driving quality standards such as ISO 9000, ISO 27000, ISO 20000

- Drive and deliver the infrastructure business according the defined scope to Nucleus customers

- Extensive experience in IT Service Management & IT Security Management.

- Leading the internal IT teams in all aspects namely planning, budgeting and procurement

- Ensure staffing levels are according to business projections

- Infrastructure services portfolio creation

- Leading the IT security for the organization – for both internal and customer projects

Skill Requirements

- Good understanding of various IT infrastructure components such as servers, networks, databases, enterprise applications, security etc.

- Experience in driving quality standards such as ISO 9000, ISO 27000, ISO 20000 etc.

- Analytical capabilities and networking form a strong requirement for the role to be played effectively Must be keen and give utmost attentive to details.

- Strong planning and organizational skills

- Providing support to the front-line sales organization.

- People leadership and team management skills

- Must have strong communication skills- both oral and written - to ensure the communication of the ISS strategy and key actions emanating from it

Interfaces

- Other business units and the sales organization.

Educational Qualifications

Graduate in engineering from a reputed institute.
