Urgent opening 'HEAD INFRA FACILITY " in a leading bank.

CANDIDATE FROM BANK preferred only.

Job Responsibilities:

A. Maintenance of branch infrastructure :

1) R & M of Branch interiors Civil, electrical & carpentry),

2) Assets Management of Branch and All offices (AC, DG, Stabilizer, Isolation transformer, etc),

B) Other activities :

1) Control cost on maintenance jobs.

2) Good negotiation skill

3) Vendor Management

4) Empanelment of R& M vendor and other related vendors

5) MIS

- Resolve queries/request of R&M raised by branches professionally and timely.

- Analysis the severity of issues raised by branches & prioritizing to resolve at earliest.

- Ensure resolution of query raised by internal customers and provide possible solution.

- Follow up with internal customers to verify satisfaction.

- Adherence to the processes set by management for repair & maintenance of the branches.

- Adherence to the processes set by management for repair & maintenance of the assets (Acs,DG,Stabilizer, Isolation transformer).

- Follow-up with procurement for timely release of PO (UPS batteries, Water purifier, Stabilizer, Isolation transformer etc) .

- Effective team handing and motivation for better productivity and career growth.

- Coordination with other teams.

- Vendor bills are process on time & with accuracy.
