Role Brief : Anchor corporate information systems (Internal IT) engaging C level executives to analyze, create and execute strategic plans for the company's current and future growth and build a high availability and scalable IT Systems that are compliant to local and global regulations/compliance. Responsibilities but not limited to. Operations : - Deliver on the IT department's operative goals and objectives as well as SLAs for system availability. - Manage and lead IT Support teams for service desk, server, network and security - Administer IT Infrastructure by maintaining up-to-date documentation, maintenance planning and capacity planning to meet business needs - Work with practice leads to plan and implement asset need for current and future needs - Oversee the development, design, and implementation of new applications and changes to existing computer systems and software packages. - Enhance the communication system for the company, including network infrastructure, wide area connectivity, etc. - Plan for preventive remediation and Prepare for disaster recovery, Vendor Management &amp; Budgeting:&nbsp; - Identify and shortlist vendors for hardware, software and telecom supplies - Manage requisite inventory for future project needs - Work with finance team and budget for IT &amp; Telecom needs Compliance: - Align and ensure operations are complied with regulatory, local and global security procedures/laws viz, ISO27001, GDPR and proprietary regulations Eligibility: - Engineering graduate and good to have a management degree - 15-18 years of relevant experience in managing IT for a large enterprise in IT product/services company - Hands on with managing a security ecosystem for large enterprise - Hands with ITIL/Service management and cloud ecosystem (AWS.Azure) - Experience in Architecture, Design, and Implementation of highly availability and scalable IT Systems - Good to have and knowhow or certifications - ITIL - ISO - Six sigma - GDPR - CISSP
