Head - Information Technology - SAP - Manufacturing & Production Industry

- Experience in driving multiple Automation Projects for Manufacturing Plants including Digital Manufacturing using technologies like MES, IoT, Cloud and Mobility

 

- Prepare & control the annual IT Infrastructure & Application budget including manpower, AMC & projects.

- Define and roll-out of the IT policies and processes related to IT Infrastructure & Applications and End User Computing Devices, Server Management

- Select and implement suitable technology to streamline all internal operations and help optimize their strategic benefits

- Should have expertise on IT security systems. Experience with supporting security technologies such as firewalls, proxies, web and email filters, application whitelisting, sandboxing, SIEM, threat intelligence, vulnerability scanning, syslog, IDS.

- Assess project requirement at the regional/HO teams and give necessary technical guidance to the teams to meet the required deadlines.

- Manage and mentor a team to provide best in class support to the business.

- Extensive experience in IT Application Project Management

- Ability to lead Vendor evaluation, selection and contract negotiation processes

Profile: 

- BTech Computer Science / MBA, with 13 years of experience in IT, within a Manufacturing (preferably Process Industry) setup

- Must Have prior Experience in supporting S/4 HANA at the HO & Manufacturing Units across different locations

- Experience in S/4 HANA implementation, support and rollout; business process re-engineering / design (AS-IS, TO-BE) with focus on process improvement
