JOB PROFILE:

- Devise and update Information Technology & IT Applications Strategy along with road maps for the business as a function process owner.

- An executive role responsible for the overall technological direction of an organization. Head IT strategic planning, policy development, and oversee the implementation of technology solutions to enhance business performance.

- Prepare & control the annual IT Infrastructure & Application budget including manpower, AMC & projects.

- Define and rollout of the IT policies and processes related to IT Infrastructure & Applications and End User Computing Devices, Server Management

- Select and implement suitable technology to streamline all internal operations and help optimize their strategic benefits

- Digitalization of business functional process, Internet of Things (IOT) and Industry 4.0 Improve & drive ERP application SAP S4 HANA projects from IT and facilitate project implementation by proper coordination between users, vendors etc.

- Assess project requirement at the regional / HO teams and give necessary technical guidance to the teams to meet the required deadlines.

- Work closely with HOD and senior management team

- Keep the IT enable service under cost control and to manage business continuity for no data loss. Ensure to meet all the IT Compliances, IT security, data security including cyber security etc.,

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

- With a Good ,recognised Professional qualification in IT)With relevant additional qualifications/ Certifications 20 -25 years in IT with Major career in Medium. Large Manufacturing organisations (well known for their Progressive IT Strategy,Infrastructure, Investments etc A good part of it as HEAD-IT handling a qualified team of IT Professionals.

- Must Have prior Experience in supporting SAP S4 HANA at the HO & Manufacturing Units at different locations

- Experience in SAP S4 HANA implementation, support and rollout, business process design (ASIS, TOBE)

- Strong knowledge of SAP Logistics or Finance module is essential

- SAP License management, Audits, managing software vendors, contracts and managing upgrades

- Project Management, Quality Management, and Budgeting knowledge essential with Leadership position from leading global manufacturer.

- SAP S4 Hana & Cloud Computing experience will be an added advantage
