Job Title - Head IT

Location - Panipat

Reporting to MD

Handling a Team of 5-6

Education - BE/B Tech

Experiences - Minimum 15 years

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Developing IT strategies, planning, organizing, leading, and controlling.

- Lead the technology infrastructure strategy and execution for the organizations.

- Acquiring emerging technologies, exploring upcoming capabilities, monitoring industrial IT activities, and Developing business IT awareness

- Planning, project management and implement leadership, identifying opportunities for automation, cost saving, and service quality improvement.

- Work out a long term IT deployment planning

- Development of enterprise standards and technology architecture and the IT operations governance process.

- Ensure that IT infrastructure is available to the authorized users

- Manage the entire IT infrastructure to achieve maximum UPTIME.

- Manage the networking (LAN and WAN) to achieve maximum UPTIME.

- Ensure the DATA Security, protect ISRPL Data from External Hack Attacks.

- Interact and act as interface to vendors and service providers.

- Provide comprehensive e-support for ISRPL's Business continuity

- Improve IT awareness across the company.

- Find out new areas of ERP (SAP), usage and implementation. Keep in time with the latest development.

- Audit (Self/ 3 rd Party) of systems; and corrective actions thereof Budgeting and Cost control

Technical/ Functional:

- 15 - 25 yrs of experience in Manufacturing company with manpower strength of around 500 to 1000 and turnover of Rs. Cr. 1000/

- Implementation experience of ERP

- Implementation experience of Digitization of processes

- Good understanding of financial analysis.

- Experience with regulatory compliance issues
