Head - Information Technology - Manufacturing

Must Have :

- Engineering degree holder .

- Well versed with ERP implementation, Digital Transformation, Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence

- Responsible for the management, implementation, and usability of information and computer technologies.

Because technology is increasing and reshaping industries globally, the role of the chief Information Officer has increased in popularity and importance.

The CIO analyzes how various technologies benefit the company or improve an existing business process and then integrates a system to realize that benefit or improvement.

- Develop and implement an IT strategy that enables and enhances business outcomes for the region, working in tandem with the global IT strategy and direction.

- Enable operational efficiencies, cost savings, processes streamlining and deliver business results using appropriate new and emerging technologies like Mobility, Analytics, Cloud solutions and IOT.

- Participate in the local India business leadership team, and in the global IT leadership team and leverage synergies.

- Responsible for People Management including work plan development, performance management, and people development.

- Responsible for team building and development including organization structure, recruiting, global team management.

- Ensure team adherence to all IT processes, policies, and procedures including IT Security.

- Responsible of IT Controls compliance for the team

- Engagement with customers in their respective function or business area.

- Governance/Leadership for all program/projects executed or supported by their teams.

- Oracle experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

- Managed large teams and handled multiple customers and stakeholders globally.
