Head - Information Technology - Manufacturing

Roles and Responsibilities-

1. Strong at analyzing Information Technology needs in line with business direction from corporate leaders for translating business requirement into technology solutions to achieve the business goals.

2. Establishing milestones and deliverables for all IT initiatives & service requests.

3. Experienced at implementation of Microsoft ERP (Dynamic-365) Business Central.

4. Handled IT - Procurement, Contracts & Vendor Management, CCTV Security & Video Conference, Barcode systems, cyber-Security etc.

5. Handled troubleshooting of ERP software with Vendor Support.

6. An effective communicator with exceptional relationship management skills with the ability to relate to people at any level of business and management.

7. Sound understanding of computer systems, networks, security, telecommunications, databases and storage systems.

8. Experience in handling IT in Manufacturing is a must.

Educational Qualifications: - B.Tech/M-Tech in IT is preferable. Demonstrated track record of managing hardware & software implementations and introductions in manufacturing environment is a must.
