Head - information Technology (ITES/BPO)

- Building strong relationships with senior management and key stakeholders, driving innovation and differentiated IT strategy, and improving the business value of IT.

- The responsibility covers design, development, release and maintenance of technology systems and services for all enterprise and business functions.

- Responsible for compliance and control with experience in information security, risk, IT audit, compliance and IT control testing

- Provide technological guidance within an organization.

- Supervise information system and communications network.

- Develop and implement a customer service platform to serve the organization in every aspect.

- Design, establish, and maintain a network infrastructure for local and wide area connectivity and remote access.

- Consult with administration, department managers, and manufacturing representatives to exchange information, present new approaches, and to discuss equipment/system changes.

- Participate in vendor contract negotiations for all new computer equipment and software purchased for the corporation.

- Create a cost-benefit analysis as well as supporting a detailed definition of data requirements and departmental workflows.

- Oversee Internet and computer operations.

- Manages the day-to-day operations of the information technology department including directing staff, who support administrative computing, networking, user services, telecommunications and other information technology functions.

Qualifications, Experience & Skill Sets :

- Ideal candidates will be high caliber, senior professionals with IT leadership experience in lending BPO organizations.

- They should be Engineering/Computer Sciences/Business Studies graduates from premier institutes and must have a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience. An MCA or MBA would be preferred.

- Experience of managing lending systems and processes

- Deep experience with management of vendors in the following areas:

- Hosted application management

- Configuration of cloud solutions

- Infrastructure procurement and maintenance

- Mobile solutions

- Web hosting

- Prior experience in working closely with lending professionals to implement technology-led change management initiatives would be highly desirable.

- Experience in evaluating competing IT solutions and vendors, their selection and management; the ability to make technology choices and take calculated risks, will definitely be required.

- They should be able to contribute to the overall business strategy and build a shared vision for technology deployment across all levels of the organization
