Head - Information Technology - Hotels & Resorts Chain

Our client, a leading chain of luxury hospitality properties in India is looking for a head of IT.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Should have profound experience in determining the IT needs of an organization

- Overseeing all the IT operations infrastructure, developing, implementing, and evaluating IT projects in line with company's objectives.

- Devising and establishing IT policies and systems to support the implementation within organization

- Proposing strategic solutions and recommending new systems and software.

- Preparing financial budgets and performance reports

- Building and maintaining relationships with external advisors and vendors.

- Identify the need for upgrades, configurations and ensuring the reported issues are resolved in a timely manner

- Managing and supervising employees in the IT department

Required Skills:

- Proven experience as the Head of IT or similar leadership role

- Candidates from the hospitality industry are preferred

- Sound working knowledge of IT operations, systems, and developments

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong leadership and project management skills
