c. Find and implement suitable applications for better Customer experience and efficient Operations
d. Identify and Implement Change requests for POS and ERP to meet requirement of Business including changes to the Inventory management, Discount management and Billing management
e. Implementation of Business Intelligence tool to provide information and dashboards to all Functions and Outlets
f. Implementation of Human Resource Management System to manage Employee Life Cycle Management from Hire to Retire
g. Implementation of Learning Management System for effective Training
h. Implementation of CRM application capturing Customer Life Cycle management, Pre-Sales activities, Promotional Schemes, Loyalty prograames and tracking productivity of initiatives
i. Implementation of Tools for Project Management, Task management and Trouble ticketing system for internal efficiencies and tracking.
j. Implementation of Fixed Assets Module to manage company assets
k. To Integrate all Applications and develop and Implement easy access interface for employees to access multiple applications
2. Develop, Implement, Manage strong IT Infrastructure for un-interrupted Connectivity, Security and Business continuity
a. To implement and manage effective Internet and connectivity and controls for all outlets and offices of the organization
b. To implement and manage effective IT Asset management and Repairs, Replacements and Maintenance of all IT assets
c. To implement VPN and Firewall protection for all outlets and offices of the organization
d. To manage Network and Servers with Cost and Service efficiencies
e. To Ensure Data security, back up across all applications including Disaster Control, Recovery and Business Continuity Plan
f. Effective Vendor/Team management for local and back-end support for IT Infrastructure protection and Issue resolution
3. Institutionalization and Standardization
a. To develop and implement IT SOPs, SLAs and IT Policies
b. To identify automation opportunities and develop and implement apps for reduction of Cost and Cycle time
c. To implement effective IT Governance for all IT activities and master controls
d. To set up IT help desk and resolve queries/complaints for efficiencies
e. To conduct internal and third-party audits to assure IT controls around IT infrastructure and for all Applications
f. To ensure a strong and productive team with effective training to the team and with low attrition
