Job Description Summary:

- Project/Program Management of IT System Implementation

- Management of IT Infra, Application & IT Security

- IT Budgeting and Monitoring

- Management of IT policies, procedures, and best practices

Managerial:

- Design, Implement and enhancement of IT strategy.

- Involvement in the IT development and IT deployment of key execution strategies across businesses.

- Mapping business / requirements and providing best IT solutions involving evaluation and definition of scope of project and finalisation of project requirements.

- End to end management of application development and process migration projects from conceptualisation and visualisation to technology mapping and final execution of projects.

- Supporting global implementation of process improvements or technology enhancements

- Budgeting and Controlling the IT requirement in line with business requirements.

- Managing and leading team members; allocating resources among team members and guiding team members during the projects and successfully deliverables of the projects.

- IT Audit and compliances

Functional:

- Managing SAP ERP, DMS & SFA

- Managing All Other IT Applications and Third-Party Integration

- IT Infrastructure and Systems (In-house, Cloud & Third Party).

- Handling various technical aspects like system design & integration, configuration of modules, monitoring critical paths & taking appropriate actions.

- Analysing business needs and spearheading IT infrastructure establishment initiatives.

- Supervising overall administration of enterprise LAN (Multi Location) & WAN System involving design of network layouts, configuration and maintenance of application servers and databases.

- Ensuring high availability of Business-Critical Applications by planning appropriate BCP/DR procedures & processes.

- Developing and negotiating with vendors for timely supply of computer peripherals and hardware devices to facilitate smooth project activities, implementation of Software ensuring compliance with SLA.

- Managing the Network Administration involving design of network configuration and maintenance of application servers.

- Managing the installation, configuration & maintenance of servers, operating systems, network services, printers, workstations, and peripherals.

Skills & Work Experiences:

- 15+ years of experience of IT in Manufacturing Industries with minimum of 100 & above work force.

- Business and Operation Process knowledge in manufacturing industry

- More than 2 IT areas of deep knowledge & actual experience AND more than 2 IT areas of general & basic knowledge from below:

o Application Design, Implementation and Operation

o Database Design, Implementation and Operation

o Server Design, Implementation and Operation

o Network Design, Implementation and Operation.

o IT Security Design, Implementation and Operation

o Azure/AWS Cloud Server Management

- More than 2 business areas of deep knowledge and actual experience to implement

IT system from below:

o Finance & Accounting, Costing

o Production Planning & Control, Inventory Management

o Process Management, Traceability Management

o Sales & Distribution, Logistics Management

- Experience of ERP Implementation and Project Management for either SAP ECC or S/4 HANA ERP

- Sales Force Automation and Distributor Management System

- Team management of IT work & operation

- Hands on experience in implementing SFA in Sales.
