- Manage End-to-End program delivery across a multi-brand, multi-format footprint

- Focus on automating business processes by introducing new technologies and digital transformation practices

Client Details :

- Our client is an international manufacturer and distributor of Consumer Goods with 100+ stores in the country and a turnover of INR 5000 Crs

- Being a multi-brand organization, they are trying to expand their reach through a robust IT and Digital Team and are looking to attract senior leaders within the industry

Description :

- The incumbent will be responsible to build and enhance IT infrastructure and bring about significant upgrades to IT applications

- Focus on Change Management and Business Continuity Plans across all levels of the group

- To be able to work closely with internal & external business stakeholders and understand requirements

- Should have prior exposure in Digital Transformation (IoT, AI, RPA, etc)

Profile :

- An ideal candidate should have 15+ years of experience within Retail/ FMCG space

- Strong presentation, people management and analytical skills
