Job Description : 

- Overall responsible for devising and updating IT strategy and roadmap for stores and at an enterprise level

- Prepare and execute IT budget and ensure the budget guidelines are followed and expenditure is within IT budget

- Create digital roadmap for the organisation and set short, medium- and long-term objectives and time bound actions plans

- Initiate, lead and/or support IT requirements of the assigned business functions and their delivery in accordance with project goals, time scales and costs

- ERP, CRM, integration across platforms/technologies for the various lines of business including: stores and in-house

- Network Infrastructure & Storage Management, Disaster Recovery Management across the portfolio

- Leading the IT ERP and infrastructure planning for upcoming projects

- To ensure the entire network connectivity uptime for business process to have a smooth functioning

- Lead, manage and train the team across multiple locations across India

- Working closely with vendor partners, business / functional heads, supply chain team etc.

Profile : 

- Minimum 10+ years of experience in managing IT services in a large BU, preferably in a related industry (power, transmission, resources or logistics);

- Around 3-5 years of experience of leading the IT function for a similar unit/ site / small-scale organization

- Experience of managing information technology projects

- Exposure to large scale transformation and driving change at the team / unit level

- Experience of working closely with business stakeholders and also partnering with external stakeholders

- Should possess working knowledge of IT applications life cycle management processes; Preferable to have exposure to SAP (or related ERP system)

- Exposure to OT Security (SCADA, DCS)

- Sound experience of managing networks, communication systems and databases for small / mid-sized set up

- Sound exposure to IT security practices and managing secure operations
